Well, after all the effort, we discovered the real problem, designed a validated solution, and developed a working product. Thanks to the whole team (claps).

Now it’s time to release Voyager.

  Phase 4: Delivery

    Link to heading

Delivery is not just “launching”. It’s launching with intention.

We can’t just launch Voyager and go back home. No, we really can’t. There’s a lot we still need to do.

Product Development

So far, we questioned everything. We challenged our assumptions. We killed the cook position (sorry). And we designed Voyager.

Now comes the phase where imagination meets reality: Development.

  Phase 3: Develop

    Link to heading

This is where your validated idea turns into an actual product. Code is written. Materials are purchased. Systems are assembled. Deadlines start staring at you aggressively.

But here’s the thing: development is not just “building”. It’s building wisely. Remember, we are not here to prove we are right. We are here to build the right thing.

So, you’ve gathered all the juicy insights from the discovery phase. You’ve asked the hard questions, gotten to the root of the problem, and clarified your objectives. Now comes the exciting part—designing your dream product! This is where vision meets strategy and where all the information you’ve uncovered starts transforming into something real and impactful.

  Phase 2: Design

    Link to heading

The design phase is where you take those raw insights and mold them into a tangible concept. Think of it as assembling a puzzle—every piece must fit perfectly to reveal the bigger picture: a practical, valuable solution. This phase is not just about creativity; it’s about structured innovation.

So, what is Product Discovery?

Product discovery is a way of deciding whether a product, a service or a feature is worth the effort. After all, you spend your time, money and mental stability to develop a product. You need to choose the product you’ll develop delicately.

There are too many ways to run the product discovery process. Some say there are 4 phases, some say 5, some say 6 or more. I’ll follow Double Diamond phases, which are Discovery, Design, Develop and Delivery.
